1. About ProReach
ProReach is an AI-powered email generation tool operated by Growvia Digital Ltd. By using ProReach, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use ProReach. One account per person — do not share accounts.
3. Free and Pro plans
Free accounts are limited to 3 email generations per month. Pro accounts have unlimited generations and access to all features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ProReach to send spam or unsolicited bulk emails, harass, deceive, or harm others, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service.
5. AI-generated content
Emails generated by ProReach are produced by AI. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before sending it. Growvia Digital Ltd is not liable for any outcomes resulting from emails you send using ProReach.
6. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments. If you have a billing issue, contact us at hello@getproreach.com and we will do our best to help.
7. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue ProReach at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes.
8. Limitation of liability
ProReach is provided as-is. Growvia Digital Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
